AhlulBayt News Agency: An offcial at Khorasan Razavi Province Governor Office says five people were killed when rioters stormed Chenaran police station on Wednesday night.
Amirollah Shamaqdari, deputy governor for security affairs at Khorasan Razavi Province Governor Office in northeast Iran said that as many as 23 police cups and a rioter have been injured in the recent riots in the province.
The local official said that "last night, rioters stormed Chenaran police stration by climbing its walls and in the events that followed five people lost their lives."
